The session is designed to be highly practical and engaging and will give you the tools to help identify gaps in your organization’s communications processes when its reputation is at risk. Participants can bring these learnings and key concepts back to their respective communications and leadership teams to strengthen team coordination, decision-making and communications in moments of reputational risk.
The session will consist of two parts:
- Foundation-building lecture to examine key principles of crisis response and reputation management, discuss expectations for the exercise, and set the stage for the hypothetical crisis
- Interactive discussion-driven exercise where participants will work collaboratively together to identify and respond to escalating prompts and decision points in real time
