Program overview:
The PRSA Philly Mentor–Mentee Program is a cross-career mentorship experience designed to connect communications professionals at different stages of their careers in small, curated cohorts. Through structured yet flexible conversations over the course of a semester, participants build meaningful relationships, expand their professional networks, and gain real-world insight from peers and leaders across the industry.
Who it's for:
- Senior Leaders: Give back to the profession, share your experience, and help shape the next generation of communications professionals, while staying connected to emerging talent and new perspectives.
- Early-Mid Career Professionals: Develop leadership skills, expand your network, and gain mentorship from senior leaders while supporting students as they enter the field.
